1. Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation before their order is processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include:

• Order number
• Name used for the order
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Reason for cancellation, where applicable

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Our team will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

If the order has already been dispatched, customers should contact our support team for guidance.

4. Refunds Following an Approved Cancellation

Veomaa follows a no-refund policy for completed purchases.

However, an order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Where the cancellation is successfully approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 5 days through the original payment method.

5. Cancellation by Veomaa

Veomaa reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment-related issues
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Inaccurate or incomplete delivery information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If Veomaa cancels a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed within 5 days through the original payment method.

6. Cash on Delivery

Veomaa does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All website orders must be paid for through the online payment methods made available at checkout.
