Refund Policy

At Veomaa, we carefully inspect and pack our products before dispatch. As our products are skincare and personal care products, completed purchases made through the Veomaa website are non-refundable.
Approved cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Where a cancellation is successfully approved, or Veomaa cancels a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed within 5 days through the original payment method.
No Refund Policy
Veomaa does not offer refunds on successfully placed and delivered orders.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details, ingredients, suitability, quantity and order information before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
- Missing from your order
please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, order details, packaging information or other relevant information to assess the issue.
Where the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, transit damage, incorrect product or fulfillment error attributable to Veomaa, an appropriate resolution may be provided in accordance with our applicable policies and the law.
Products Damaged During Delivery
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package before opening it and contacting our customer support team promptly.
Change of Mind
We do not accept refund requests based solely on a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection or a change in skincare requirements.
Allergic or Individual Skin Reactions
Individual skin responses may vary. A personal reaction to a cosmetic product does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Customers are advised to review the ingredient list and perform a patch test where appropriate before incorporating a new product into their skincare routine.
If you experience a significant or persistent reaction, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
